Opening a docs file opens firefox, not my default browser Safari

As per the title, on Mac OSX Sierra (fully up to date) when I click a google docs file in finder it causes firefox to load and prompt me to sign in to google. Safari is my default browser so that’s what I want to use to open docs files. How can I change this? I don’t see a setting in the Insync pro app anywhere.

Thanks,

Hi there! I have the same bug. Could you fix it?

I have the same issue, although mine opens Safari, but not my Default which is Chrome.

Anyone know what happened? Seems like it was after the last update.

Hi all!

I’m having the same issue. “Go To Drive web” opens in Firefox NOT Chrome (Chrome is set as default browser).
Same thing happens when clicking on a “.gdsheet” file in Finder.

Looks like it may be an issue with the latest MacOS update (10.12.5) that is not confined to InSync, but also other programs that link to web interfaces. I only started seeing this issue after installing the update today.

Looks like we might have to wait for Apple to fix this one.

Thanks for this information. I thought it might not be an Insync issue. Guess we’ll wait, Apple. :unamused:

We’ll post updates about this issue here.

Thanks everyone who reported and tested
