Right Click to add to Insync context menu not present

I have a Windows 10 machine and I do not see any way to add additional folders to Insync for synchronization. I see there is supposed to be an option in the context menu but I am not seeing that.

I will tag our engineer @dipesh and he will get back to you next week (the team is on holidays), thanks!

@Marc_Beck: Do you see the “Insync” context menu option while right clicking files/folders inside the Insync folder (while Insync is running)? If yes, is your Insync folder setup on external/network drive?

I am having the similar issue in El Capitan where I don’t see Isync on a context menu anymore on the right click. Insync folder is setup on a system drive like it supposed to. I only see Insync on a context menu while clicking on files/folders inside actual Isync folder.

Do you guys even test your releases on different OSs? LOL

@ikilimnik: We have addressed this issue in our latest forums release: New Insync version: 1.3.5 Please try it and let us know if it fixes the issue for you.

Thanks
