Syncing stays at 111 items remaining and using significant energy

Hi

  1. syncing stays at 111 items remaining. I have no idea which files and it stays so for days already.
  2. Isync takes a lot of energy in Activity Manager it takes around 80 %
    I’m running OSC El Capitan 10.11.3
    Please help.
