Time to sync 42GB of data

Hi,

I have 100GB of data in my Google Drive account. Only I have 42 GB uploaded in cloud and all data are stored in my SSD and I installed insync app in MacOS Sierra. After more than 30 hours to sync all data still I have more than 500.000 files in queued. Further this doesn’t decrease and sometimes increase. This is normal?
