I have one “Action Required” issue that states that my syncing location is empty (I’m not sure why this is even an issue, I have a couple of accounts and try and sync files only when I am going to need them so my folder location is often empty). I am trying to sync one of my files but the system has paused the syncing and will not allow me to resume the syncing. I have tried resolving the issue but the action required item remains there. How do I resolve this issue so that I can access these documents?
@Karl_Carley: Please add a small text file to the Insync folder and resume syncing. You may then delete that file after syncing is resumed.
The empty check is there to prevent inadvertent deletions in case the missing folder is replaced with an empty one.
