ARM64 - Raspberry Pi 5

I see over the years there have been a few requests for Insync for ARM64.
I am hoping with the growing user base you are developing a product.
Is this the case or have you had to abandon it?
My interest is the Raspberry Pi 5 running Ubuntu 24.04. The inbuilt cloud account system doesn’t work and I am looking for a solution.

Thank you for adding your vote to the ARM64 feature request funnel! I will be making a note of this and add it to our feature request funnel. If there’s anything else you need from us (or to tell us!), just post away!

HI Stanchel,

A beta build of insync was once released for ARM64 (headless) but unfortuanely insync didnt follow up on it.

I honestly have no idea how complicated it is (albeit I recompile code for amd64 frequently for arm64) but it does seems that despite many requests from customers, this is not one of Insync priorities.

My apologies for the trouble!

We are currently focused on addressing major sync bugs in the app before we release new features and expand our supported scope further (e.g., ARM). Rest assured that we will inform our users as soon as this is in the works.

Thank you for your understanding!
