Backing up local synced folder with Borg backup

I am using insync to mirror my google drive folders on a local hard drive. All works fine and I wanted to include the synced folder in a backup that runs using Borg backup.

However, it seems that Borg backup ignores the synced folders. Did anyone else try this?

I am using insync on Ubuntu 22.04.

Hey @Erik_Ferm! I haven’t come across a user trying out Insync and Borg backup simultaneously.

Perhaps you need to use just one software at a time?
