I created a new folder a couple of levels deep within a shared folder within My Drive. I dragged a bunch of PDFs into it. InSync hasn’t uploaded them, and I get this message:
Actually, sorted the issue — I had been given read-only permission to the parent directory, rather than read-write.
The error message was still inscrutable, but at least it wasn’t InSync’s fault that it couldn’t upload the files!
Glad to hear the issue has been resolved. In most cases, Insync should display a more informative error message – we’ll take a look why it defaulted to a generic and uninformative message in this case.
