Bring back the circular progress spinner on the Insync menu bar icon

The circular one conveyed an impression of work-in-progress, whereas the current back-and-forth rising/falling bars conveys one of going back and forth.

Yes, I have no idea what is is supposed to mean. And it is too noticable, I would like it to be less visible. Remove colour and animation, please. Or look at how dropbox is doing it.
