Can I restart during initial Sync?

Hey all,

I just started up Insync and it lists 800,000+ items in the que. At the rate it’s going I estimate it will be 9 days to run through the que (I don’t think anything is actually uploading at this point, nothing has appeared in my Google Drive after a day and a half). If I restart my iMac during this time will the cue reset? If I do let it run for 9 days to finish the cue will it restart the process every time I boot up? Thanks for any input!

Hi @Jseegs if this is the initial sync, it really does take a while and works best uninterrupted.

If there is no progress in the queue in 24 hours please send an email to support@insynchq.com with the link to this post as well as your logs.

Hi, I have just reinstalled my server and had to do resync with ~200k items. I have restarted the machine a few times during the initial sync as Insync was consuming all the RAM (8GB) and there was no visible progress in gDrive.
I think the initial resync was a success anyway.
