Can not pay for a new account

I wanted to add another account to my existing Insync account.

Since I had not yet installed at this time sni-qt, I could not do this with the Insync desktop. I have therefore added to the other account for a download.

Now I have sni-qt installed afterwards. The new account is intend ends as trail version sni-qt. Everything seems okay and functional.

I can not pay Only.
I keep getting “You need to add [email address] from the desktop Insync app first before buying.”
A already run Delete and Reinvestment with the Insync desktop brings no other result.
What can I do to the account to pay?

after entering the e-mail without case sensitive it worked with the payment.
