Hi. I’m on Insync Pro package and I want to cancel my subscription (I do not want it to renew). On the billing page(s) I don’t see an option to do that. How can I accomplish this task?
@Tomasz_Struczynski Please go to your Insync Pro dashboard https://legacy.insynchq.com/dashboard/licenses. In the billing tab there is cancel subscription under billing information.
