Cannot delete an account

Hello,

I’ve added one account into Ubuntu Server Insync system but it’s impossible for me to remove it. I’ve add another account wich can be removed easily but the main account still appearing.

I need to set one of these account as /home folder in order to sync all my user’s files. I have spent about three days, please HELP asap.
