Can't get to Website Dashboard (FIXED)

Some of the Insync website seems to be down. When will it be fixed so I can use my Insync subscription again?

Me too. Says I need to buy. I thought it’s for life.

I have only just paid for it in June of this year, so I hope it is not expired. I also thought it was a lifetime license.

Same issue here as well. Insync says my 15-day trial has expired and I need to buy a new licence.

Similar problem. Have been with Insync since 2013, most recently on the developer plan but now insync indicates I bought a 15 day plan that has expired. Bug began today.

Our engineer detected an issue in the web code and have deployed a fixed it just now. Could you go back to the Insync app and refresh your license?

As for the dashboard, refreshing the web browser should help. Otherwise, please close your browser an re-launch it. :slight_smile: Thank you!
