Can't install on Mint 18.2 - libc6 error

I just did a clean install of mint 18.2 (stable rel) and tried to install Insync 1.3.18.36169zesty 64 bit from the download page. I get a dpkg error “Dependency is not satisfiable: (ibc6 <=2.24)”. Libc6 version installed is 2.23 0unbuntu9. Please help. All my stuff is on g-drive.

Thanks

Tagging our engineer @lpugoy and he will get back to you.

@Robert_Strom: Linux Mint 18.2 is based on Ubuntu 16.04 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux_Mint_version_history), please try the installer for that instead.

I did that too and got the same error. Here is the screen shot (I hope).

My bad. I didn’t get that I was using the wrong version of the installer/packages. It worked just fine using the 16.04 version that matches the Mint install. Thanks for the help.

How does one use the 16.04 Ubuntu Installer instead?
