Can't process error after insync connection to Docs fails on one file

I have a persistent can’t process error. After the words Can’t process Campaign Plan Numbers.ods the error message includes the contents of an HTML error message from Google Drive, including Google Docs encountered an error. Please try reloading this page or coming back to it in a few minutes.

The file is a Google sheets one, that I can see and read in my web browser.

But Insync keeps on throwing up the same error message, no matter how often I press retry. It looks like Insync isn’t trying to reconnect to the file, but keeps pulling up the cached error page.

@davidrnewman: Apologies for the trouble. This looks similar to the error raised when the Google Sheet cannot be exported to OpenOffice format. You can test this by going to the file in the Drive web interface -> File -> Download as -> OpenDocument format. If that raised an error then this seems to be the cause. In that case you could try exporting it as Microsoft Office format instead. We have no control over this unfortunately, we only use Google Drive’s provided API. Other users have reported that in some cases conversion to OpenOffice format was able to succeed in a few days or so.
