I have no idea what upload_uri means, nor can I find it in the help section.

I may be misunderstanding, but I don’t see what that link has to do with my problem. First of all, it’s from constant contact. Second of all, it has to do with images, which are not the files types I’m uploading. Finally, I don’t actually see any troubleshooting steps.

Some new information. On another computer I’m getting user rate limit exceeded errors. Perhaps these are related?
