Can't Setup My Account

After reinstalling one of my machines I can’t seem to add my account. (Ubuntu 17.04)

I have tried uninstalling and installing insync. (tried .deb, repository etc.) But the problem is still going on. On my other computer there doesn’t seem to be any problem.

I have used the alternate method too, but it is also the same. “Setting up your account, this might take some time…” page is the only page I can get and the logo animation runs for hours with no other action.

I have good news and bad news.

Bad news; I couldn’t contact the support engineer about this problem, and the forums did not help too. Which is a big disappointment for me.

Good news; I have solved the problem.

It turns out if you have an Ubuntu OS with language set other than English, the account can’t be added. In my case it was Ubuntu 17.04 in Turkish and this problem re-occurred several times, so It can be fixed in the upcoming releases.
