Changes in Drive web are not properly synchronized in PC

Hi,

some weeks ago I created copies in the Drive web for some files which were shared with me. After that, I moved them to the correct folders and everything was fine (in the web).

Then, in my PC I received the notification from the application to synch new shared files which I wrongly accepted, thinking that they were real new files. These files were the original files cloned (or a copy maybe), but they are not present in the my Drive in the real.

Is there any way to force a ‘re-synch’? Any ideas about why this has happened and how to prevent it in the future?

Thanks,

David

Will be tagging our engineer @lpugoy and he will get back to you.

@DMF: You are correct in that these files are the original ones shared to you. Insync has the option to sync files shared with you in addition to your own files. If you already made copies of these files you can choose to ignore them and sync instead the copies that you made.

By “they are not present in the my Drive in the real”, do you mean that there are no results when you search for the files in the Google Drive website? Also what do you mean by forcing a resync?
