I used Cloud Selective Sync to remove a few larger folders within a partially synced folder. They are no longer visible or accessible, but the hard drive space has not changed. I have no way of seeing where these folders went. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m using InSync 3.3.4 with Mac OS Catalina.
Hi! Usually, when files are unsynced they are sent to the trash (as a reservoir, just in case it was incorrectly unsynced). Can you let me know if you can find those files in your local trash folder? If you don’t need them, you can safely delete it permanently.
Yes, I already emptied my trash. That did not work.
