Connecting Insync

I downloaded and started setting it up. When I choose the mail address that I am trying to set up as, It asks me to "allow access:. When I give it access, it gets stuck on a screen that says “Connecting to Insync…” and doesn’t go any further. Any lead would be very helpful.

Thank you. @jimperio can you please let me know how I can solve this problem? We have been transferring all our files from dropbox to Google drive and are stuck in this process.

@Kerem_Alper Could you try this alternative login method? Alternative login method for when adding an account is not working

I’m having the same problem on a fresh install on a new mac. I cant try the alternative method, when I right click the menu item I only see “Pause Syncing” “Not yet signed in” and “Quit”

@sreed: You need to left click on the tray icon to show the Insync app. In the Insync app you can access the alternative login by hovering on the “+” on the upper right -> Support -> Alternative login.
