I am new here, but it seems that similar errors were addresses in 2022 and Aug 2024 - however the 2024 solution does not work for me and I cannot find the fix.
2024 Fix
I am using Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon
This is the error I get:

Could not resolve ‘apt.insync.io’
