Crash on Kubuntu 26.04 [FIXED, non-Insync issue]

I recently updated to Kubuntu 26.04, and Insync refuses to start. I’m getting a crash with this error log:

My apologies for the trouble! Could you please do the following:

  • run insync start --no-daemon
  • email the full output to support@insynchq.com, including the link to this Forums post
  • include your logs.db and out.txt files, which are located in ~/.config/Insync

I apologize, this turned out to be a symptom of an entirely different problem. Chrome was corrupting my font cache, and that was screwing up basically everything. Now that’s fixed, Insync seems to be working fine.
