I have a file with the name “.d”. The upload worked fine, the filename is correct on Google drive, but insync renamed the file “.d.d” when downloading to a second PC, which broke some of my scripts.
Why did this happen, and how can I fix it?

Sorry for the trouble, @Karl_Wilkinson!
Could you try to manually download the file from Google Drive web and let me know if the same renaming issue happens?
I tried that, and it actually defaulted to just “d” (with no dot) as the filename.
Hi @Karl_Wilkinson, could you send your logs.db and out.txt files to support@insynchq.com, please? You can find these in ~/.config/Insync.
Also, what file type is .d and what program/software do you use for it?
I’ve sent to support@insynchq.com as you requested.
