Dark Screen and License Issue with Insync on Laptop

Hi everyone,

Dark background screen occasionally appears when I try to open Insync, it stays blank for a while before finally loading. I recently tested Insync with the 7-day free trial to sync my laptop with OneDrive , and everything went well. After the test period expired, I purchased a license and received my invoice, but the software does not update with my purchase.

When I try to log in to my account, their server gives an Error 500 message.

Anyone else have any experience with these dark screen issues?

Could you email support@insynchq.com with the following information:

  • Your OS and Insync versions
  • Account that you bought the license for
  • Screenshot of the Error 500 message
  • Link to this forums post (so I know it’s you!)
