Deletes my whole folder on drive and resyncs

Heya,

So this is the second time this has happened in the las week. Insync seems to delete entire folders on my drive and then resync them. And I mean, core folders! From one moment to the next I have 11,000 things updating. I’m scared I will lose files this way. Please help!
