Did I pay for a BETA or is this actually a live product?

Installed the product a week ago and it is still floating “643xx items remaining” When I watch the “Progress” screen I keep seeing the same directories, over and over again. No files, just directories.

The disc is constantly thrashing with the reads that seem to do nothing. WTF?

Very unhappy with the software. How do I file for a refund?

Let us investigate and resolve your issue. Please send us your logs.db and out.txt file to support@insynchq.com. If you are not still happy with the product after the resolution, we can process an immediate refund.
