There are times when forums usernames are different from the emails you use, so I might have to trace back to an existing ticket if ever you’ve already sent one before. This is to make sure you are given proper support regarding the matter.
Please also include details (is it exactly the same wherein files seem to appear when folders are expanded in the Team Drives tab) and any other observations you may have gathered (ie when it started to happen, what you were doing prior to the issue, was any colleague making changes to the file, etc).
