I didn’t see it here.
In my case I have few files incoming (shared with me) but the box shared with me said I don’t have any.
Using version 1.2.3 in Linux mint mate 17.1 64bit.
In case if is only problem in my system I can post more information/logs here.
Can you compare the shared with me on Insync to Drive web?

@freed00m: Can you try going to the “Shared with me” section of Selective Sync of your account instead?
The “Shared with me” section in the home tab is intended for new incoming shares and not for existing ones. Sorry for the confusion!
Yep sorry, there they are, when I select indifidual files, they will download automaticaly.
What is the point of having “shared with me” section, when it wont show any files ever? And it shared with me has to be accessed via my profile - > manage.
This UI does confuse me.
The Shared with Me under the home button is for new shares while the ones for your account are for selectively syncing to your machine.
