Doesn't use symlinked folders

Hello,
I use symlinks to organize file and folders for synchronization.
Now is all of them ignored. Other files are synchronised properly.

Wouldn’t selective synchronization be better instead of symlinks?

Thank you both, I will try it.
I am old school Linux user:) commandline, terminal, symlinks aren’t my enemies.
