Dropbox shared folders issue

Hi,

I cannot sync shared folders on dropbox. I have no problems with teams folders. The folder is in the folder list on the dropbox website, but not visible locally. If I select “add to dropbox” I get the following log error:

I’ve tried removing and re-adding the folder, removing and re-adding the account within insync, restarting insync/computer. No luck with any of those. I can’t see that anyone has reported this error previously.

Running ubuntu 24.04, insync 3.9.4.60020

Let me send this to our engineers for further investigation to see if this is a known issue. Could you please send the following to support@insynchq.com:

  • logs.db
  • out.txt
  • name of the Shared folder

Please also include the link to this Forums post in your email for my reference.
