Dual Booting between Windows and Linux

Hi, I have Insync running on both Windows 10 and Ubuntu Gnome which are pointing at the same folder. Whenever I boot into the other OS, files in my Google Drive will always get deleted or duplicated. This is very annoying as I change OS very often.

Having individual folders for both instances of Insync takes up too much space. Is there a better solution to this?

As of now dual boot is not possible with Insync as running two instances in the same folder will create duplication. I will add this to our feature requests.
