HI, I’m using emacs to edit latex files (plain text .tex) on windows and linux, and syncing on google drive through insync (on linux) and drivestream (on windows). the backup files that emacs creates have file names ending in a tilde, i.e. “myfile.tex~” which seems to confuse insync, causing file conflicts. I found an earlier post from 2018 that seems to point at the same problem: Bug: Insync trashes files edited with Emacs
Of course, I could modify my emacs backup settings somehow, I guess, but is there a neat solution for this in insync?
