Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times, same error!

It seems like that Insync is not allowed to access the AppData/Roaming directory because of a permission issue. Did you tried installing Insync in Administration mode?
Also, do you have any antivirus or clean-up utility? because that could be blocking the Insync’s installation. What happens when you disable it and try to install Insync?
