Error: This account is already being synced. Account info updated!

I am running 1.2.7 Pro on two computers. On one computer, one account syncs; the other fails. The message reads: “initialization failed!” I have the same problem on the other computer except the other account syncs. Before I had to reinstall my operating system, everything worked fine. Since the reinstallation, I have not been able to get both accounts to work. It’s really frustrating, especially given that this is the only reason I have this program. Any suggestions for a fix? Thanks
