Failing to start

I installed Insync on a windows 10 machine - it worked fine and syncing worked perfectly. But once the syncing finished Insync refused to start up.
I have 2 accounts with different email adresses.

Can you see Insync on your Task Manager when you try to run the app?

Yes I can - insync(32 bits) - with a red exclamation mark
I’m working on a 64 bits machine - can this be the reason - is there a 64 bits version?
