FAQ: Did you just cancel my Pro license?

Some of you noticed that your account stopped syncing even if your account is on Pro or Business

Why did this happen?

  • We recently decided to prune our list of users who supposed to already have their Pro/Business subscription cancelled because their credit card did not charge after several tries.
    *Note that Pro and Business are yearly subscriptions.

But I don’t want my account cancelled, what can I do?

  • Send us an email over to support@insynchq.com and we can put you on a temporary trial so you can update your license details and resubscribe to Pro or Business.

Can I upgrade to Prime instead?
