I recently installed InSync on a client’s computer (OS X). He’s reporting that his files/folders are duplicating. His trial is set to expire this evening, so we’re trying to decide whether or not to upgrade or find another product. Any insight as to why this might be occurring and any potential fixes?

Also, please include the Google account associated with this issue for us to extend it’s trial for another period.
