I’ve used this for few months now. It worked fine til just recently but it is way out of sync and I don’t know what to do.

Are the two screenshots from the same computer? It seems like the file structure on the right reflects your Google Drive web, while the left is the out of sync version. Are you making the changes locally or via Google Drive web?
