I sent you an email this morning, looking forward to your reply, last email never got one!
Here is the scenario:
Windows server with Acronis Files Connect for AFP
Mac clients connect to the windows server
With photoshop, they save a file
Photoshop, to save, removes the file, saves bytes in a temp “Adobe Photoshop CC 2019199015899956789”
Insync, sees the file is erased, deletes it from drive
Photoshop finished writing to temp file, renames the file to original file
Insync never adds the new one, even goes to delete the file recently created.
