Files within a synced network folder are not synced

Hi,

I have mapped a network drive and selected one of the folders to ‘Add to InSync’. Folder consists of multiple subfolders and files. All the subfolders are synced, i see a green checkmark on the network folder and i see the folders in the local insync folder and on GDrive. But most of the files (pdf, word, etc) are not synced at all, not to the local insync folder nor to the Gdrive.

Whats going wrong??

@Roman Please send us your logs.db and out.txt file to support@insynchq.com. Please include the link of this post.

Also, I have cc’d our Windows engineer @dipesh on this issue.

@roald @dipesh Guy’s i’ve sent you the logs. Btw, out.txt is 0 bytes so i couldn’t attach that one, instead i included cef_out.txt

Hope to hear soon from you, we’re desperately need a solution.
