Google Acount - Something went wrong

Hi, I am getting the error message below:

I have tried both OS, Windows, and Linux, and I am still getting this error.

I bought for OneDrive and Google Drive, the first one is working correctly, only Google is the problem.

Could you guys help me with this?

Hi @Daniel_Gariani_Rafae!

This might be a temporary issue with the authentication on Google, but in any case, please do try the suggested workaround below:

  1. Open Insync, click the (+) sign on the upper panel to add your account. Or if you’re adding the first account, select “Add Google Drive”
  2. A browser will launch. Copy the full URL and then open an Incognito Browser (Ctrl + Alt + N).
  3. Paste the URL into the Incognito browser. It’ll ask you to enter your email and password. Proceed with the rest of the steps to complete adding your account on Insync.
