High energy impact on Mac m1

Hi all, I’m experiencing very high energy usage on Mac M1. I’m guessing it’s due to constant scanning of the files, I’m syncing quite a lot of files, but I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do about it? I’m on version 3.7.5 also RAM does tend to balloon up after a while.

No this is continuous, it feels like it’s doing a lot of work every day or so
