How To Move Folder One Account To Another Account

Hi,

I’m using Insync app to migrate a folder X@outlook.com to Y@outlook.com.

So, I downloaded all files with X account to folder with 1-way sync

Then I used 1-way sync again to migrate to Y account. But I get an error message like: "Chosen item is already being synced." I’m stucked in here, so I need an help. How to migrate my Folder without losing them?

Any idea to overcome the problem is appreciated.

Hey! Is X account still on the app? If so, you’ll need to remove X so it’s no longer using the folder that’s being synced. Folders can only be synced to one location at a given time :slight_smile: Here’s how: https://help.insynchq.com/en/articles/2967096-removing-your-account
