Indeed, some users have also expressed that there are ways to make our UI more intuitive, and these are things we are taking into account because we do acknowledge that the UX can be improved further. The features guide on our website and our Help Center are available for users who might feel like they need further guidance on how to navigate Insync. Furthermore, there is a 7-day trial prior to buying a license to assess if Insync is the right fit based on its features and functions. 
I’ve noticed it hasn’t been seamless for you in terms of its functionality. If you don’t mind me asking, what has led you to keep using our app despite these pain points?
