In 1.2.3 where is the UI to manage the Ignore List?

I must be missing something very simple … how is the new Ignore List feature accessed? Or preferences in general. Thanks for your help.

@MJS go to the Google account selfie and upon menu hover, click on Manage > Ignore List.

Thanks very much. I had completely missed the strip of icons on top. You might let the designers know that white background caused me to miss that strip of icons at the top.
