Hi, when I sync files and folder they go in the root of my cloud drive, I’d like it to be so that a folder (named after the base folder) is created and the sync stuff be in there, otherwise my cloud gets messy and I have to find where is each thing.

Hi! Could you let me know if you’re syncing these files via Local Selective Sync?
The Base Folder is a local directory created that’s meant to house all the synced files in one location so it mirrors the cloud directory.
