Initialization failed - 1.3.3

I am running Insync 1.3.3 on 2 Windows and with 700Mo data.
On the primary machine , I have the error , Initialization failed!
On the secondary machine , all is working fine.

Please advise.

Hi there, will be tagging our engineer @dipesh in this and he will get back to you

@Pierre_C: Unfortunately, the Insync database for your account seems to have become corrupted. Now to reinstate syncing, you will have to remove that account (How to remove a Google account from Insync) and add it again. While setting up, you can simply select your old (i.e. current) Insync folder and Insync will attempt to match it against your files on Google Drive so as not to re-upload or re-download the existing (seed) files.

Thanks

I had the same issue and this suggestion clearly dosen’t work.
My insync client does not identify the files or folders as old files, instead it re-uploads everything, giving me duplicates in my drive. And in 12 hours it has uploaded 10 k of 600k files, giving me weeks of waiting time before this process is done.

Is there any way of sorting this out?
Or do i have to remove account and start from scratch?

I have been trying for 3 weeks to get my 150 gb of data down.

Kind regards / Oscar
