Insync 1.4 not starting on Ubuntu 16.04

1.4 beta version number: insync_1.4.1.37037-xenial_amd64
Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04

Issue: the program don’t start. No errors, no icons, but nothing happens, and I don’t found any “insync” process in task manager.

Also executing with “insync start” does not give any output, and any following command say that insync is not running:

stefano@SonyVaio:~$ insync start
stefano@SonyVaio:~$ insync get_account_information
Insync doesn't seem to be running. Start it first.

Note that it was perfectly working with Insync 1.3.22.

Yes, I reinstalled 1.3.22 and it works.

I’ve tried installing Insync 1.4.3.37063-xenial , but I have the same issue: it does not start.

What can I do?
