Insync 3.0.23 - Unable to add account

Currently I have my Insync Premium account and it is attached to one of my Google accounts. I need to add a new one account, but clicking the Add Account button doesn’t do anything.

How to add this account into my current Insync installation?

Hi Nestor, can you try upgrading to our new version and let us know if it fixes this? It’s on 3.0.24

For your second question, you will need another license (either Prime or Teams) to sync your second account.

Updated to 3.0.24. Still remains the issue.

Have you tried the alternative login method for that account?
